Our work together is a collaboration. Over eight weeks*, we follow a process that balances space for discovery with a clear path to a powerful outcome.
I take the lead in designing the rituals, shaping them to flow naturally within your programme, while supporting you in deepening your understanding of your offer.
Your role is to stay connected to your programme’s vision and hold authority over its direction. The assignments I give will strengthen your connection to your own wisdom, help you see through your participants’ eyes, and activate your creative intuition.
After our initial creative work concludes, we’ll stay connected and continue refining what we’ve created, drawing on the reflective feedback from your participants.

Week 01
The Opening
Our first week is about attunement. We take time to connect and explore your vision, tending to the conditions for the rituals to emerge directly from your practice.

WEEK 02
The Initiation
With attunement in place and the connection to the wisdom that drives your practice established, we turn our focus to how this can be opened to your participants. In our second week together, we explore and fully step into the work that is ours to do. Together, we begin taking steps to manifest your programme’s core practice, allowing it to become an anchor point for our collaboration and a living prototype in our creative process.

WEEK 03
THE UNFOLDING
In our third week, we meet a group of deeply moved participants at that moment when it’s clear the programme is over, but they haven’t fully left yet. They linger in that beautiful afterglow, finding it difficult to say goodbye. From this point, we walk backwards through their journey, exploring your programme and how our ritual designs can be woven into it.

WEEK 04
The Creative Cauldron
In week four, we are entering the heart of the creative process. The symbolic landscape of your programme is vividly present, and the seeds we’ve planted are beginning to sprout. Your core practice is maturing, and we’re applying design principles as we take significant steps that will result in the prototype for your opening ceremony.

Internal Prototyping | Evaluation
WEEK 05
Refining the Prototype
Building on what we've learned from the first iteration of prototyping, we refine the ritual design and begin preparing to share it with your participants. In the second round of prototyping, you'll deliver the opening ceremony and the core practice to trusted individuals who can provide valuable external feedback. This helps us create ritual instructions that are both easy to understand and enjoyable to engage with.

WEEK 06
Bringing it Together
As we bring the core practice and opening ceremony towards their final form, we're ready to begin developing the closing ceremony and two distinct versions of the core practice: one for Integration and one for Invocation.
We do this while revisiting the gestalt of your overall programme and continue the work of making the rituals flow naturally within it.

Towards a Beginning
In week seven, we prepare for delivery and make room for the emergent qualities of our collaboration. This is the time to address any questions you have and ensure you feel clear and confident.
We’ll also focus on participant engagement and explore ways to lower the threshold for participation.

THE CLOSING
In week eight, we focus on the final version of your closing ceremony. This week takes place in the middle stages of your programme’s delivery - Allowing us to draw upon your direct connection with your participants and their responses to the previous rituals. Giving us the flexibility to adapt and ensure the closing reflects the journey they’ve been on.
