Ongoing Support

For individuals and teams who want to develop ritual as a meaningful part of their work

It can support:

  • Building and sustaining ritual practices to support your work

  • Designing bespoke rituals in response to shifting needs and challenges

  • Integrating ritual into leadership, facilitation, or culture-change work

Over time, we’ll develop a shared understanding of your context and the patterns that shape it, allowing for deeper insight and more responsive support.

What it looks like

We usually meet online for 60-minute sessions. Some people work with me monthly, others prefer more frequent sessions over a shorter period. We’ll agree on a rhythm that suits your needs.

Between sessions, there’s space for reflections, questions, and ritual assignments if that feels helpful.

This work is oriented toward practice

Our conversations point toward ritual action. The aim is to bring you into practice, both during and between sessions.

Some of our sessions will result in ritual designs for you to enact.

This kind of support works well when you sense ritual belongs in your work, but you're still discovering how.

Project Support

For individuals or teams designing a specific ritual - with focused support for the creative process

It can support:

  • Shaping a ritual you’re preparing to lead or host

  • Navigating uncertainty in the design process with experienced guidance

  • Strengthening your ritual with fresh perspective, honest feedback, and alignment to context

What it looks like

Project-based coaching usually unfolds over a few sessions, with a set focus and a clear outcome in mind.

Before we begin, we’ll take time to clarify the scope and nature of the support you’re seeking.

This work is practical and flexible

The support can range from sparring and refinement to deeper co-creative involvement. Some sessions lead to design adjustments, others focus on strengthening delivery.

If it suits the project, we can bring in workshops, tools, or research assignments to help you shape and refine the design.

This kind of support works well when you’re designing a ritual and want a partner to help refine, guide, and strengthen your process.

If you sense that you’ll want deeper involvement from me in shaping and delivering the ritual, my highly collaborative design services might be a better fit.
